In September of last year, I posted an entry about the film Charlotte's Castle and a link to the film. Today, BlogTO has a feature about the latest outrage to be visited on these lovely buildings.

Charlotte's Castle outlined the developer Prowinko's abysmal treatment of the tenants and the building itself; from what I can tell, the new proposal confirms that Prowinko is wholly committed to carrying on with more and more and more of the same.
