Yes, and it's very welcome (although I'm guessing that the Vulgarian would need to have both the gesture and its meaning explained slowly and carefully to him in words of one syllable, or perhaps written in crayon).

He's only meeting the orange one to try and pacify him, nobody in Britain wants him to.
