In need of a spirit-lifter, I went back and re-rewatched this preview clip from season 5 of Lower Decks.

I will never understand why this terrific show has been cancelled.

Of course, if any of the cast is incorporated into other series down the road, we might find a way to forgive this.

Yes, I might forgive (although now that I type it, "forgive" seems a bit too positive a word) if any of the cast members played the same characters that they did on LD. If the actors were to be cast in different roles, maybe not so much.
