Finding this after the fact (been a crazy month or so) and just wanted to thank you. I have similar memories of meeting Claire after writing her a LOC and then years of long correspondence afterward about fandom and writing. I have such warm memories of her, though we only met in person once, at a McDonalds outside Omaha, for an hour while my kids played in the ball pit.
